- Wall (wall sit)
Wall Sit Instructions
- Sit against the wall as if you have seat underneath you.
- Hold yourself there for as long as possible!
- Get into the plank position and hold it for as long as possible.
- For EVERY 5 SECONDS holding the Wall Sit or Plank you get 1 point for your house.
All points go towards your HOUSE TOTAL!
