Challenge 2 - WALL SIT or PLANK

Equipment

  • Mat (plank)
  • Wall (wall sit)

Wall Sit Instructions

  • Sit against the wall as if you have seat underneath you.
  • Hold yourself there for as long as possible!

 

Plank Instructions

  • Get into the plank position and hold it for as long as possible.

Points

  • For EVERY 5 SECONDS holding the Wall Sit or Plank you get 1 point for your house.

All points go towards your HOUSE TOTAL!
